About the role
Provide high-quality radiologic imaging and procedures as a Radiologic Technologist in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinical environment. Responsible for reviewing patient history, initiating imaging based on physician orders, administering contrast media safely, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring image quality through proper techniques.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with proficiency and attention to safety standards.
- Precept and educate new team members, modeling best practices in radiology.
- Contribute to secure patient safety, quality care, and effective team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), with possible specialty certifications.
- State licensure if legally required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.
