Quotations Coordinator

Role Overview: The Quotations Manager (Customer Sales and Service) is responsible for developing and implementing strategic pricing and quotation processes for switchgear products. This role focuses on margin expansion, cost management, and driving profitability by leading cross-functional teams to create growth strategies aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize pricing strategies to improve win rates and margins.Lead the transition from transactional to strategic, data-driven pricing approaches using the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS).Design and implement pricing frameworks, guidelines, and standard work to enhance efficiency.Utilize market intelligence, cost drivers, and inflation trends to inform pricing decisions.Support complex bids with strategic pricing guidance, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.Conduct market and pricing analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.Lead, develop, and coach quoting and estimation teams, establishing best practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.5+ years of experience in power distribution, especially switchgears.Leadership experience in quoting, engineering, or commercial roles.Strong knowledge of switchgear standards (UL, CSA, ANSI, IEEE, NEC/CEC).Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.Experience with ERP systems (SAP), Power BI, and Salesforce CRM.Ability to implement pricing tools and process improvements.Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills.
