Quotations Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify matching Ferguson Products crossing to Competitor Products
  • Utilize PowerBI and Power Apps to search and cross products
  • Maintain and facilitate renewal of CORE Contracts
  • Produce Market Basket Requests inclusive of pricing
  • Align quotes with margin expectations, preferred manufacturers, and national account guidelines
  • Collaborate with National Account Managers, Project Managers, and local teams to ensure alignment on customer strategy
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve turnaround time and quote quality
  • Track and manage multiple requests in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement LEAN methodology to processes
  • Develop detailed pricing requests based on project specifications, customer requirements, and market strategy

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in quotations, inside sales, or product related role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong Ferguson FFS MRO and RENO Product Knowledge
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI and Power Apps a plus!

Pay

Pay Range: $15.00 - $27.50
