Quotation Specialist

About the role

Prepare cost estimates of material from factories and representatives to obtain cost information.
Contact sales representatives and customer service representatives to collaborate on providing accurate quotations.
Form relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time and accurate quotations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Graybar sales representatives, customer service representatives, customers and manufacturer representatives to gather needed details to create quotes.
• Learn about product lines and pricing mechanics, as well as the computer systems used.
• Provide quotations resulting in profitable sales for the company.

Requirements

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP and ability to work with Excel formulas.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• A high school education or a 2-year degree in Business or a related field.

Pay

The expected rate of pay for this position is up to $25 hourly, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
