Quotation Coordinator I
Manages quotation activity through the Corporate Office to support production across UTM manufacturing facilities. Creates and maintains quote files and serves as the primary point of contact for quote-related information across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly both in writing and verbally, and excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain quote files within the Corporate Office
- Receive, process, and return quote requests in accordance with current business conditions
- Collaborate with internal departments to obtain required bills of materials (BOMs), drawings, approvals, and guidance for each quote file
- Contact specified vendors for subcontract work to be included in the quote file
- Communicate with dealers in a professional manner via telephone and email
- Provide additional pricing and approvals on an order-by-order basis for dealers, Regional Sales Managers, and/or Coordinators
- Support Regional Sales Managers by completing the UTM quote response and returning them to the appropriate manager
- Complete other sales-related tasks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a quoting, sales support, customer service, or manufacturing office environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team member with a high level of commitment
- Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment.

Salary Range: $28 - $32 an hour
