Quality Supervisor - Henderson, NV

Quality AssuranceFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The description includes "The Role" and "What You’ll Do", "Qualifications", "What We Offer". Also maybe "About Us". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - Company: Wells Enterprises (a Ferrero Company) - Functional Area: Quality and Food Safety - The Role (description) - What You’ll Do (list of duties) - Qualifications (list) - What We Offer (benefits) - About Us (company description) - Possibly "About the role" is same as The Role. We should not include Pay or Schedule because not mentioned. Benefits: "What We Offer" mentions comprehensive benefits, health, financial wellness, paid time off (PTO), annual incentive bonus based on Company performance. That's specific enough to include Benefits section. We need to use

for section headings. For each section we need heading then content. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for "What You’ll Do" we should make a list. For Qualifications also list. For Benefits also list. We need to use

for prose. So paragraphs for descriptive text. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like responsibilities, qualifications, etc. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO/AA employer line, application instructions ("If you meet these requirements and are interested in this position, to be considered for an interview you must complete an online application at www.wellscareers.com.") Also remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe? It's substantive but not required heading? It's about company. Could include as "About the Company" maybe but not in list of headings. The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. We could include "About the Company" as h3 if we want. But we need to preserve all substantive information; "About Us" is substantive. We could include it as a section with heading "About the Company". However the instruction says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can include About Us. But we need to decide which sections to include to avoid too many thin ones. Could combine About Us and What We Offer? Probably better separate. Let's outline:

      Benefits

      • Comprehensive benefits that enhance health, financial wellness, and include paid time off (PTO).
      • Eligible employees may also receive an annual incentive bonus based on Company performance.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO/AA, application instructions, etc. We removed those. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't duplicate. Check for any placeholder text: none. Check for Pay/Schedule: not included. Check for "About the role" heading: we used "About the Role". Good. Check for "What You’ll Do": we used that. Check for "Qualifications": we used that. Check for "About the Company": we added; not in examples but okay. Check for "Benefits": we used that. All content preserved? Let's verify we didn't miss any substantive details: From The Role: we captured all sentences. From What You’ll Do: we captured each bullet. From Qualifications: we captured each bullet. From About Us: we captured all. From What We Offer: we captured benefits. We omitted the line "Learn more about our benefits here." That's a link; we could drop as it's just a reference. It's not substantive detail; it's a instruction to learn more. According to rules, we should remove application instructions and similar. This is a link to learn more; it's not substantive detail about benefits. So we can drop. We omitted "Learn more at www.wellsenterprisesinc.com." That's also a link; drop. We omitted "If you meet these requirements and are interested in this position, to be considered for an interview you must complete an online application at www.wellscareers.com." That's application instruction; drop. We omitted "Wells Enterprises is an EEO/AA employer M/F/Vet/Dis". That's EEO boilerplate; drop. We omitted "Functional Area: Quality and Food Safety" and "Company: Wells Enterprises (a Ferrero Company)" maybe we could include as metadata but not as heading. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Could include a short p at top with that info. But we already have About the Company section that includes some of that. However the functional area is not captured. Could we add a short p after headings? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short p with "Company: Wells Enterprises (a Ferrero Company) | Functional Area: Quality and Food Safety". That's minor metadata. Let's add a

at the very beginning before sections. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; functional area is substantive? It's a descriptor but minor. We'll include as a short p. Thus final HTML:

      Company: Wells Enterprises (a Ferr
