Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach virtual IOP/PHP group facilitators to ensure high-quality care for teens, young adults, and families.
• Review documentation and utilize data to drive measurable improvements in clinical quality and engagement.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and technology teams to align group programming with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and ensure the delivery of compassionate, outcomes-driven mental healthcare.

Requirements

• Experience in mental health, group facilitation, or clinical supervision.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement strategies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and evidence-based practices in mental health care.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
