Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) group programs for teens, young adults, and families.
• Monitor outcomes, documentation, and adherence to evidence-based protocols nationwide.
• Use data analysis to identify trends and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Coach group facilitators to ensure safe, engaging, and clinically excellent care.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and uphold compliance.
• Support the expansion of access to high-quality mental healthcare.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of clinical care and quality assurance in mental health services.
• Experience with data analysis and quality improvement projects.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and improve workflows.
