Quality Supervisor
We are immediately hiring a Quality Supervisor in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This role leads a team responsible for kitting, inspection, and documentation, ensuring all materials meet engineering specifications, safety standards, and delivery timelines while driving continuous improvement across kitting and quality processes.
About the role
The Quality Supervisor (HVAC Kitting) will oversee the day-to-day quality operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all quality aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for supervising direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within the assigned functional area.
Responsibilities
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Health and Safety Management
- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Off shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis

Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
Pay
Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience. Pay type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility to work additional hours or days if needed to support business needs.
