About the role

The Quality Supervisor oversees daily quality operations within a supply chain environment, focusing on kitting, inspection, and documentation to ensure materials meet engineering, safety, and delivery standards. They lead a team, manage staffing, planning, and scheduling, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer satisfaction, staff development, and operational goals.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce regulations.
• Support crisis management.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of logistics and regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
