Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the quality lab staff.
• Initiate and supervise waste/scrap reduction projects.
• Initiate and supervise cost savings projects.
• Generate reports and presentations for process improvement or cost justifications.
• Support customer-driven initiatives.
• Participate in external audits (customer and third-party audits).
• Coordinate and prepare for internal audits (quality system and GMP).
• Administer and maintain the internal, supplier, and customer notification system.
• Ensure accurate returned-goods valuation and management.
• Track material dispositions and follow-up if dispositions are not made within a reasonable amount of time.
• Participate in daily internal notification meetings.
• Provide direction and guidance to the Notification Coordinator.
• Set and monitor duty priorities. Reassign duties as needed.
• Coordinate backup activities to ensure the notification system is constantly maintained.
• Awareness of and adherence to all suitable and relevant health, GMP, and safety policies.
• Act as a safety leader and prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Facilitate and enforce all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in industrial/manufacturing application or quality assurance.
• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably in blown film, flexo printing, and/or adhesive lamination.
• Quality-related experience preferred.
• Acquire green belt status, as a minimum.

What We Want From You

We seek candidates who bring technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit to our team. A degree in industrial/manufacturing application or quality assurance is preferred, along with 3+ years of relevant experience. Acquiring a green belt status is a minimum requirement.
