About the role

Responsible for managing software quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure software meets quality standards
  • Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve software quality
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts
  • Document testing procedures and results for future reference

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Qualifications

  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for software quality and continuous improvement

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
