3rd Shift Quality Inspector
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate / Inspector to join our team in the healthcare packaging industry. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet strict quality and regulatory standards during overnight production.
Responsibilities
- Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Perform precise measurements (down to 1/64 inch) using rulers and tools
- Conduct tensile, seal strength, and visual inspections
- Verify color accuracy and product consistency
- Identify and communicate defects to production teams for correction
- Accurately complete inspection records, labeling, and documentation
- Packaged finished goods for shipment
- Follow all cleanroom procedures and PPE requirements
- Safely handle and test materials such as films, foals, and chemicals
Qualifications
- Experience in quality control, inspection, or laboratory work (preferred)
- Ability to perform detailed measurements and repetitive tasks
- Experience in fast-paced environments (manufacturing, production, or food service)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Willingness to follow cleanroom protocols (PPE, no fragrances, no phone use)
- High school diploma required (Associate degree is a plus)
Work Environment
Cleanroom setting requiring PPE (including steel-toed shoes) Seated work for extended periods performing detailed inspections Team-oriented environment supporting healthcare packaging operations
Schedule
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (M-F) Training: 2–4 weeks on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) Pay: $18/hr. Base +10% shift Differential = $19.80/hr.

Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
