About the role

Works under the supervision of administrative division management to gain hands-on experience in various activities related to admin support, management, business support, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting, processing, verifying and reporting admin-related information to the vertical head.
  • Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and entry of information into databases; typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes, and presentations for staff.
  • Managing visitors and providing them relevant information.
  • Maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.

Pay

Competitive base salary: $20.91 – 45.04/hour (subject to change dependent on physical location).

TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for internship positions beginning in May. The onboarding process begins in January for interns who commit in the fall semester and upon acceptance for those who commit in the spring semester.
