Key Responsibilities
- Complies with company safety rules at all times during working hours and ensures the safety of himself/herself and others at his/her work area.
- Aid in the creation and distribution of quality related reports.
- Participates in maintaining ISO certification.
- Adheres to applicable System Level Procedures (SLPs).
Internal Assessments
- Maintain ISO Number Listing and Revision databases.
- Formatting and review of new or revised documents.
- Review, approval, and notification process for new and/or revised documents.
- Determine, where applicable, opportunities for joint procedures, identifying areas that need clarification and ensuring meeting the ISO standards relating to document control.
- Quarterly and end of the year reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with corrective actions and controlled documents (Work Instructions, Procedures, etc.).
- Maintain assessment schedules (current and next year).
- Complete preparations for each assessment being scheduled/performed (review/update of checklists, prior year assessment status, training aid (PowerPoint), backup paperwork, etc.).
- Writing completed assessment reports, scheduling and hosting the assessments’ open/closing meetings.
- The candidate will be responsible for following up with the responsible parties to drive any assessment findings to closure.
- Generate and distribute quarterly and end of the year reporting.
- Training of internal assessors.
Calibration
- Maintain the Calibration Database for all items located in the Milford and Amherst facilities.
- Aids in coordinating calibration visits to ensure measuring devices are calibrated on time as required.
Certified Test Reports
- Responsible for the creation of certified test reports in accordance with customer requirements for the Milford facility.
- Aid in the creation of certified test reports for the Seymour facility when needed.
