Responsibilities
- Perform inspection of medical device components and finished products according to documented procedures.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
- Identify and document nonconforming materials per quality procedures.
- Maintain full traceability of products and components.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with cleanroom and manufacturing requirements.
- Communicate quality issues and inspection findings to supervisors and relevant departments.
Qualifications
- Formal technical training or equivalent hands-on experience in a manufacturing or inspection role preferred.
- Experience working in lab, manufacturing, or cleanroom environments.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
- Experience with data reporting and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Location & Work Arrangement
This position is based in Bedford, Massachusetts (near Boston) and is an onsite position.
Pay
Hourly Rate: $23 USD - $27 USD
