Quality Control Technician

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• 4-year high school diploma (GED)
• Deep understanding of: Optical clarity standards, IR / UV rejection parameters, CL defects and causes, Lean manufacturing mindset, Data-driven troubleshooting

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Standing and walking during the entirety of the shift
• Lifting of products occasionally (up to 50 lbs)
• Use of gloves and safety glasses while performing certain tasks
• Work in warm temperatures during summer and cool temperatures during winter

Hours

• 40 hours a week
• Three 12-hour shifts Monday through Wednesday from 7am-7pm
• A 4-hour shift Thursday morning, 7am to 11am
