Responsibilities
- Process engineering change requests
- Troubleshoot production problems
- Assist in troubleshooting assembly and fabrication equipment
- Optimize workstation layout
- Justify, specify, and install equipment
- Introduce new products (BOM scrubbing, Manufacturing Trial Lots, assist in training, and work with Design Engineering on production issues related to Design for Manufacturing)
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials and Routings (Assembly and Fabrication)
- Support and/or lead Lean projects
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or other related manufacturing discipline
- 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering experience
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (material flow, material presentation, process flow, workstation design)
