Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator of Quality Control at the Dulles International Airport. This role assists the Fleet Supervisor with fleet movement, lot organization, the in-fleeting process, and overall fleet operations to ensure all vehicles are located in the appropriate areas.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all aspects of vehicle movement on and off the lot for the entire fleet at the location(s), including offsite lots and 3rd party overflow parking lots.
- Make and take calls from outside organizations regarding vehicle exchanges and recoveries.
- Manage driver activity to and from the airport, coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs with vendors to maximize lot space and traffic flow.
- Utilize company computer systems to track vehicles based on movement type (recalls, deletes, preventative maintenance).
- Segregate vehicles based on sold status, defueling needs, and repairs.
- Inspect vehicles for damage prior to fleet movement to ensure proper check-in processes are followed.
- Coordinate body damage repair and glass replacement with shops and vendors.
- Facilitate lost and found items with third-party or Auto Detailer teams.
- Maintain current vehicle registration and ensure expired license plates are grounded; support title registration and fleet maintenance.
- Execute daily fleet inventory unit counts and report activated units using programs like EVMS.
- Track vehicle revenue, downtime, and bus preventative maintenance schedules.
- Act as the point of contact for the driver team and provide administrative support to Fleet Supervisor, Branch Managers, and Vehicle Repair.
- Maintain relationships with body shops and onsite vendors.
- Coordinate specific upgrade vehicles for customers as requested by managers.
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years), employment reference, and social security.
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling basic customer service and/or office administration functions.
- Basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Apart from religious observations, must be able to work the posted schedule.
Pay
$19 per hour.

- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 3pm–1am
- Friday: 3pm–1am
- Saturday: 3pm–1am
- Sunday: 3pm–1am
