Hiring Event

• Wednesday 8/19 & Thursday 8/20 from 8am-3pm
• 4330 Silverpark Drive, Charlotte NC 28269

Pay

• Hourly Pay: $19.50 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $29.25 per hour
• Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour
• Paid weekly

Schedule

• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:30am
• Frequent overtime assigned on weekends with short notice

About the Role

Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. This role involves handling commercial HVAC parts and using computer systems for warehouse fulfillment tasks supporting distribution across the U.S.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years or more in manufacturing or a fast-paced warehouse preferred
• Knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment and self-driven to excel
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
• Strong computer skills, including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
• Skills in math, personal computers, and spreadsheets
• Ability to follow documented procedures and standards

Responsibilities

• Apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products
• Serve as the primary Quality Assurance resource to department supervisors for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement
• Execute and analyze quality-reporting measures
• Report to management on quality issues, trends, and losses
• Participate in quality audits
• Ensure product quality meets customer, state, and federal guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
