About the role
This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure product quality and support continuous improvement in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections and process controls across the logistics lifecycle to ensure products meet safety and quality standards
- Help build a quality-focused culture in distribution sites by following procedures and identifying areas for improvement
- Work with internal teams to communicate logistics and manufacturing issues so they can be resolved quickly
- Ensure quality standards are maintained for rework and adaptation lines through careful change management
- Use digital auditing tools to audit pallets, embedded cartons and trailers
- Product inspections, process improvement tasks, supplier quality inspections, and reviewing orders for special customer requirement compliance, and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently and accurately and be an advocate for Quality
- Eagerness to learn and develop your skills in a quality-focused environment
- Dependable communicator who works well in a team and raises concerns when needed
- Comfortable in a structured, fast-paced distribution setting with clear guidelines
- Strong team work and integrity
- Previous Schneider Electric experience preferred
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours

Pay
USD 42,432 to 63,648 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
