Quality Auditor

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborates with others; effectively communicates with team and various stakeholders.
• Achieves operational and/or functional objectives that enable the successful execution of department goals; supports attainment of KPIs and action plans.
• Completes the inspection of non-compliant products generated during production, analysis of the causes of defects, preparation of reports and statistics.
• Completes the blocking of lost products, first level analysis and scrapping of non-compliant products.
• Covers measurement tasks.
• Participates in the implementation and control of the necessary countermeasures.
• Plans and executes process and product audits.

Required Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent experience.
• Experience with all Focus Factories BPD, Gas and Electricity.
• Very good communication verbal and written with all levels of the plant.
• Experience as Quality Auditor.
• Team player to work along with operations and all areas for trouble shooting and implementing corrective actions.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Basic knowledge on Quality Core Tools such as PFMEA, Control plans, SPC and MSA.
• Experience with ISO 9001 external and internal audits.
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
• Experience in Problem Solving Methodologies.
