Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborates with others; effectively communicates with team and various stakeholders.
- Achieves operational and/or functional objectives that enable the successful execution of department goals; supports attainment of KPIs and action plans.
- Completes the inspection of non-compliant products generated during production, analysis of the causes of defects, preparation of reports and statistics.
- Completes the blocking of lost products, first level analysis and scrapping of non-compliant products.
- Covers measurement tasks.
- Participates in the implementation and control of the necessary countermeasures.
- Plans and executes process and product audits.
Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent experience.
- Experience with all Focus Factories BPD, Gas and Electricity.
- Very good communication verbal and written with all levels of the plant.
- Experience as Quality Auditor.
- Team player to work along with operations and all areas for trouble shooting and implementing corrective actions.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Basic knowledge on Quality Core Tools such as PFMEA, Control plans, SPC and MSA.
- Experience with ISO 9001 external and internal audits.
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
- Experience in Problem Solving Methodologies.
