Quality Auditor

About the role

AFL is a company dedicated to the assembly of fiber optic cables, fiber optic connectors, and telecommunications equipment. We are seeking talent to fill the position of Quality Auditor at our location in Laredo, TX.

Requirements

• Education: Quality Technician or incomplete Engineering degree preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Auditor
• Languages: Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with an English Level of B2 or higher
• For Mexican candidates: Must have valid legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Perform material inspections
• Release approved materials and generate non-conforming material reports
• Follow up on quality reports and provide weekly status updates
• Conduct process audits and report findings
• Release orders for shipment

Schedule

We currently have openings available on the following fixed schedules:

• N1: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• N2: Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Shifts are fixed and do not rotate, with flexibility for overtime as required by business needs.
