Job Responsibilities
- Inspect in-process and post-process packaged goods and provide prompt and accurate feedback to the bottling supervisor and line personnel.
- Perform physical stability tests on finished wines.
- Maintain accurate/current packaging and bottling-related records.
- Maintain quality assurance records and workstation records.
- Record and report analytical results.
Position Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or two years of college coursework in a science discipline (chemistry, biochemistry, or related science field) preferred.
- Able to meet flexible schedule requirements. This role maintains a monthly rotational schedule.
- Experience in the wine, food, or beverage industry.
- Analytical laboratory experience with a background in the operation of laboratory instrument systems preferred.
- Able to work in a self-directed team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
$17.66-$22.98/hr. based upon relevant experience. At Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, we believe in paying our employees equal pay for equal work. Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate’s prior experience and education level as it pertains to the role.
