Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for new features and product releases.
- Perform manual and exploratory testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Work closely with developers and product stakeholders to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
- Participate in sprint planning and product reviews to ensure quality is considered throughout the development lifecycle.
- Help improve QA processes, testing standards, and release quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Experience testing web applications and APIs.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience writing clear technical documentation or user guides.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with bug tracking and QA management tools (Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with automated testing tools or scripting.
- Experience working with SaaS products.
- Familiarity with User Interface (UI) testing frameworks.
- Experience creating product documentation, knowledge bases, or help centers.
- Experience with designing application UI and feedback on user experience.
