Quality Assurance - Specialist

About the role

The position focuses on minimizing supplier quality issues through root cause analysis, implementing both temporary and permanent corrective actions to ensure product quality and minimize production disruptions. It involves collaborating with suppliers to drive continuous improvement, supporting problem resolution, and managing countermeasure activities. The role requires approving part and process changes, analyzing data to prioritize issues, and communicating effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Up to 6 years of relevant work experience
• Quality assurance experience
• Blueprint reading proficiency
• Proficiency in Catia/3D and MS Office
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Working conditions
