Quality Assurance - Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring broker standards are met through audits, data analysis, report generation, and process management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to provide guidance
• Create and monitor standard operating procedures
• Participate in projects
• Deliver presentations on process improvements
• Identify training needs
• Perform internal audits
• Support change requests in EPIC systems

Qualifications and Skills

• P&C Insurance Producer License required
• 5+ years of insurance or analysis experience
• Strong Epic & Patra knowledge
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure

Physical and Work Conditions

Mostly sedentary work involving sitting, using hands, and computer use; occasional lifting up to ten pounds.
