We partner with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to deliver quality excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality containment, inspection, sorting, and rework operations across multiple customer locations
- Serve as the primary customer contact for quality performance, containment activities, and issue resolution
- Travel to customer sites throughout Central Tennessee to support daily operations, launches, audits, and escalations
- Manage customer concerns, corrective actions, and root cause investigations
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and operational procedures
- Analyze quality and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, operational performance, labor utilization, and program profitability
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring service excellence
- Support launch containment, customer recovery efforts, and special quality projects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing, quality, quality containment, or production operations
- Proven customer-facing experience managing quality issues, containment activities, and escalations
- Strong knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Experience leading containment, sorting, inspection, rework, or manufacturing teams
- Leverage Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Central Tennessee
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience
- Budget, cost control, or P&L management experience
- Experience supporting launch containment and customer recovery activities
- Experience with Salesforce or similar operational management systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
- Six Sigma certification preferred
