Quality Assurance Manager

What's the Job?

Manage end-to-end testing processes for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Field Service transformation projects.

Define comprehensive test plans, including schedules, test cases, and entry/exit criteria.

Lead conference room pilots (CRP) and system integration testing to ensure seamless implementation.

Oversee defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution activities to maintain high-quality standards.

Coordinate across functional, technical, integration, and data teams to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management, and analysis.
• Experience leading at least two full lifecycle system delivery implementations in a testing capacity.
• Strong understanding of various software development methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
