Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Responsible for ensuring high-quality standards across all products and services. Oversee testing processes and ensure timely delivery of quality assurance reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies
• Execute automated and manual tests to identify defects and bugs
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality
• Document findings and provide feedback to improve product quality
• Stay updated with industry best practices and new testing methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar role
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in SQL and other database management systems

Qualifications

• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving
