Responsibilities

• Teach children to celebrate differences and appreciate diversity
• Support children in developing as good citizens in their communities and globally
• Contribute to the growth and development of the team through on-the-job training
• Nurture relationships and support colleagues
• Engage in and participate in Heart Projects focused on character development and giving back to the community

Requirements

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience working with children
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives

Qualifications

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience with classroom management tools and technology
• Strong interpersonal skills
