Quality and Patient Safety Coordinator
About the role
Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/ performance measures.
Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.
Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources.
Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Quality Professional credential preferred. Risk Management credential preferred.
- Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
Preferences
- 3 years of Registered Nurse experience.
- Quality or education background.
