Drive a Culture of Readiness by coordinating continuous compliance and safety programs that ensure the facility remains a gold standard for care and regulatory excellence.
Lead Multidisciplinary Collaboration to identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative service improvements that enhance both team efficiency and patient outcomes.
Champion Patient Safety Initiatives by translating complex standards into actionable risk-reduction strategies that protect our patients and clinical staff.
Transform Data into Insight by analyzing diverse clinical and financial metrics to produce meaningful reports that guide executive decision-making and service-line growth.

Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: Quality Professional preferred, Risk Management preferred.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
- Additional Preferences: 5+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably with background in accreditation or regulatory compliance.
- Additional Beneficial Skills: Efficient and highly organized, able to multi-task, able to interpret complex regulator standards, strong emotional intelligence and positive team skills.
- Must have: Ability to travel between hospital locations, Day shift, hours are typically between 730am and 5:30pm.
