Required Duties and Responsibilities

  • Defect Tracking: Documenting, tracking, and verifying fixes defects, or process failures.
  • Quality Audits: Conducting regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Process Improvement: Analyzing data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Working with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure quality in the Product Life Cycle.
  • Compliance: Ensure all products and processes adhere to industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, safety codes).
  • Documentation: Maintain records of testing, audits, trainings, and other quality metrics. Collect data and prepare final CofC.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-4 years prior experience in quality control, assurance and manufacturing environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex systems and data to identify potential risks.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for identifying minor flaws or process gaps, and review documentation.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for documenting findings and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose effective corrective actions.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Basic knowledge in AS9001 or ISO 9001 or other major Quality Management Systems.

Pay

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus. Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
