QUALITY ANALYST
About the role
The Rose F. Kennedy Center's Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator is responsible for implementing and coordinating the Quality Management program of the Developmental Medicine Pediatric Division at Montefiore Medical Center. The QI Coordinator works closely with the Senior leadership to plan, organize, direct, and lead the personnel and work processes of the quality improvement program according to the standards of our Article 16 License with OPWDD.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and report on program performance using data and tracking systems.
- Report information pertaining to standards compliance, clinical performance, and patient experience to internal and external entities.
- Chair the quality improvement committee and ensure execution of quality management initiatives throughout the Division.
- Evaluate and document coordination efforts for over 500 patients active on therapy with treatment plans.
- Maintain appropriate records, statistical reports, and ensure treatment activity and program efficacy.
- Show extensive knowledge in Article 16 regulations and care coordination.
- Initiate and solve problems using available resources within level of responsibility.
- Knowledge of interdisciplinary treatment settings is required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of work-related experience. Bachelor's Degree required.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge in Article 16 regulations and care coordination. Deep understanding of community partners and ability to build transparent partnerships around patient activity.
Skills
Requires knowledge of interdisciplinary treatment settings. Training required - OPWDD CCO trained, Medisked trained.
