  • Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be required to qualify as a NQA-1 Lead Auditor and perform assessments. Will be responsible for developing checklists, assessment plans, and assessment reports based on upper tier requirements. Perform quality assurance review of procedure and procurement documents for compliance with the applicable quality program requirements. Assist in the maintenance and development of the technical, administrative, and programmatic documents related to the implementation of NQA-1/10CFR830 compliant program. Travel to lead and participate in assessments if needed. Write clear and organized reports and other documents that effectively communicate ideas, solutions, and status of projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • - Bachelor’s degree, or

  • - Associate’s degree with four (4) years of work experience, or

  • - High School Diploma or Equivalency with eight (8) years of work experience is required.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age; U.S. citizenship is required except in limited circumstances. See DOE Order 472.2 for additional information.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Must have strong interface sills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.

  • Strong oral and written communications, audit/surveillance skills including prior NQA-1 Lead Auditor Certification or American Society for Quality Certification is desired.
