PVC Strip Curtain Assembler

About the role

This role requires a detail-oriented, safety-minded, and adaptable individual capable of reviewing work orders, verifying specifications, and building PVC strip curtain products using multiple manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PVC strip curtains according to work order specifications, drawings, and BOMs.
• Operate multiple production machines (training provided), including RF weld, strip machine, assembly tables, and inspection stations.
• Ensure accurate setup, material selection, strip layout, and curtain configuration prior to production.
• Perform basic machine checks, part changes, and process adjustments.
• Review job paperwork methodically to verify sizes, materials, hole patterns, strip types, hardware requirements, and order details.
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy.
• Cross-train across multiple stations to support production flow and daily demand.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, machine operating rules, and safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to facility standards.
