Fixture Assembler
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Fixture Assembler to join our team. This role involves fabricating and assembling products using precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment. You will also read and interpret work orders and related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations and dimensional and finish specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Fixture Assembly Leads with job setups
- Work with a computer to update the software and firmware of electronic hardware
- Maintain specifications by observing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
- Verify settings by measuring positions, first run, part and sample workpieces
- Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality
- Perform work within drawing specifications and job notes
- Perform duties in other areas within the Fixture Assembly area
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- A High school diploma or GED
- Experience in the Fabrication field (optional)
- An understanding of a variety of substrates
- A strong knowledge of electronics, along with general computer knowledge
- The ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- The ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your own work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work unsupervised, make decisions independently, and solve problems effectively and creatively
- The ability to display a high level of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries and needs of the organization
- The ability to understand and maintain the confidential nature of customer and company information
- The ability to show professional knowledge, proficiency, and initiative in achieving goals and meeting company standards

Pay
$43,160- $45,760 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
