To learn more about our unique culture, visit our culture page.Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for a Purchasing Clerk in Reno, NV.Key Responsibilities include: All procurement related tasks to include creating and maintaining purchase orders.Expedite, cancel and push-out orders as directed.Request quotes, price updates, tax codes and shipping terms.Verify invoices before parts are received into SAP.Investigate invoice inaccuracies to include receiving errors, price discrepancies, incorrect quantity, part numbers, price, or serial numbers listed on invoices.Handle AP discrepancies/revisions.Support additional responsibilities as assigned. Skills and Knowledge: One year experience using SAP to complete various transactions.MS Office to include intermediate Excel skills, and similar business software applicationsOne to two years’ experience with inventory control and receiving experience.
