About the role
Job Title: Purchasing & Asset Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Coincides with operational purchases, prepares purchase orders for material and supplies as needed and coordinates with site Managers to maintain levels of inventory for all CHR sites.
- Acquires and manages acquisition of supplies, equipment contracts and operational service contracts through use till disposal for all programs and facilities.
- Maintains working relationships with all Office / Site Managers and Division Directors to ensure materials and supplies required are of the appropriate quality / inventoried and received in a timely manner.
- Maintains accurate documentation in compliance with agency, program, license and accreditation regulations and standards.
- Participates in staff meetings, trainings and other meetings as assigned.
- Coordinates shipping and receiving at all CHR sites, inclusive of periodical delivery of supplies.
- In conjunction with Facilities & Asset Coordinator: Records and maintains accurate inventory data of all CHR’s furniture and supplies from purchase to recycle and/or disposal.
- Evaluates newly acquired assets upon placement for the purpose of quality and quantity.
- Collaborates with all parties for purchases on space needs for new programs or new sites for occupancy.
Qualifications
- Education: Associates’ degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
- Experience: Must have three (3) years business experience including contact with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Establishes & maintains effective working relationships with all staff and external contacts.
- Excellent personal computer skills required and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Skill in typing, accurately, a variety of correspondence, reports and other materials.

Compensation
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
