Responsibilities
- Procurement of requested materials and supplies to support internal project teams and office staff.
- Oversee the procurement process by:
- Tracking the status of purchased goods to destination and reporting delays;
- Gathering delivery tickets and reconciling quantities and items received matches quantities and items ordered;
- Contacting vendors when needed to check on the status of goods ordered or obtain proof of delivery;
- Maintaining material inventory accuracy for new and completed projects.
- Conduct activities in line with internal policies and procedures to comply with GAAP Accounting principles, and fraud prevention policies.
- Provide timely and proper documentation to the accounting team to streamline the invoicing to customers and payments to vendors.
Requirements
- Experience, Educational & Special Training:
- A high school diploma as a minimum.
- An associates degree or higher preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Two (2) or more years of experience with purchasing/procurement and associated administrative tasks in the Industrial Instrumentation & Electrical Field.
- Prior ERP experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams).

- Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and functional skills with the ability to multi-task and be willing to learn.
- Flexible with working hours to meet required deadlines and demonstrate flexibility with managing multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Must be fit for duty - including lifting unassisted of up to 50lbs.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
