About the role
The Purchasing Administrator will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Process purchase orders and manage inventory levels
- Research and evaluate new suppliers and products
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Prepare reports and maintain purchasing records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning system is a plus

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
