About the role

This position combines the roles of procurement officer and work planner in the rail-infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

  • Select and manage suppliers and subcontractors based on criteria such as quality, safety, environment, schedule, and price.
  • Request, analyze, and negotiate quotations and terms.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with partners.
  • Prepare technical execution dossiers for projects.
  • Analyze project dossiers for risks and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop plans and documents in line with project schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and provide support on technical drawings and methodologies.
  • Build a network of suppliers and represent the organization.
  • Contribute to high-quality project execution.

Requirements

  • Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Affinity with construction or rail infrastructure.
  • Analytical, independent, communicative, and resilient under pressure.
  • Experience with Excel; familiarity with planning software or AutoCAD is a plus.
