About the role

Lead the creation of a new category in decision intelligence, helping governments and public-sector organizations use AI simulation to model policy impacts. You will drive discovery, build strategic partnerships, and translate complex institutional challenges into concrete pilots, working directly with founders to establish a repeatable go-to-market motion for high-impact social problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with government and public-sector organizations to identify high-value use cases for simulation and decision intelligence.
• Build and manage a network of strategic partners, including public-sector consultancies, research firms, and civic-tech organizations.
• Translate broad policy questions into technical pilot projects, demo narratives, and legibility materials to drive market adoption.

Requirements

• Professional background of 4-8+ years in public-sector GTM, govtech, policy consulting, or applied AI innovation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI capabilities into clear value propositions for senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity and building GTM playbooks from scratch in an early-stage startup environment.
