About the role
As a Public Safety Intelligence Analyst, you will develop proper research tools, methods, and intelligence request forms to appropriately accommodate intelligence information; identify and analyze informational databases, spreadsheets, and reports allowing information to be easily exchanged and understood; prepare intelligence reports, products, and briefings for presentation to all public safety partners; and coordinate interstate and intrastate information. You will also provide operational guidance to partners.
Requirements
- 36 months of experience conducting research and writing reports using operational, mathematical, analytical, and/or statistical research techniques; or
- Completion of an undergraduate core program in homeland security, political science, criminal justice, emergency management, public health, international affairs, or a related field; and 12 months of experience conducting research and writing reports using operational, mathematical, analytical, and/or statistical research techniques; or
- Equivalent of the minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
