About the role

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic Cashiers to join our dynamic team. Our Cashiers are the heart of our customer service, greeting each customer with a smile and ensuring they have a seamless checkout experience.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences by providing warm, welcoming greetings and handling inquiries professionally.
• Cross-sell and upsell Ralph Lauren products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Share product knowledge and passion for Ralph Lauren fashion with customers.
• Balance multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on customer service.
• Process all sales transactions efficiently, including cash, credit, debit, and checks.
• Validate and inspect returned merchandise, ensuring it is in saleable condition and eligible for return.
• Escalate any concerns to management as needed.
• Manage promotional offers and coupon redemption accurately.
• Execute Ship to Home orders with precision.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles in the POS system.
• Ensure accurate salesperson data capture.
• Process merchandise professionally, including scanning, folding, and bagging.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cash wrap, queue line, and surrounding areas.
• Support visual merchandising standards following company guidelines.
• Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.

Requirements

Preferred retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel, maneuver around the sales floor, lift up to 30 lbs., and work flexible schedules including day, evening, weekends, and overnight shifts.
