Responsibilities

  • Curate exceptional lifestyle experiences for clients
  • Infuse every interaction with sophisticated style
  • Drive personal business growth to boost individual productivity
  • Offer personalized and thoughtful styling recommendations
  • Support team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
  • Collaborate with the team to uphold standards of excellence
  • Adapt and showcase product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Provide necessary feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs
  • Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines
  • Engage in store and company initiatives and community outreach
  • Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience
  • Support the store and team in finding top talent

Requirements

  • Preferred sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment
  • Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office
  • Ability to lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours
  • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business (day, evening, and weekends)
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers
  • Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for the Ralph Lauren brand and lifestyle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
