About the role

Responsible for leading recreational activities and ensuring participant safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement recreational programs for participants of all ages.
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Communicate regularly with participants and staff to gather feedback and make improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in recreation, education, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • First aid certification.
  • Experience with group management and conflict resolution.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
