About the role
Responsible for leading recreational activities and ensuring participant safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement recreational programs for participants of all ages.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Communicate regularly with participants and staff to gather feedback and make improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in recreation, education, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a leadership capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- First aid certification.
- Experience with group management and conflict resolution.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
