- Plan and execute recreational activities for children and adults

- Provide feedback to improve event quality and participant satisfaction
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance overall program offerings
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in recreation or related field
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in recreation, education, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local community resources and facilities
