About the role

Part‑time Overnight/Morning Bakery Team Member working Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 am to 11 am at 1810 Maple Rd, Williamsville, NY. The role focuses on preparing high‑quality bakery products, maintaining freshness, delivering excellent guest service, and keeping the bakery area clean and well‑stocked.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
• Use icing, glazes, fillings, and decorations to enhance item presentation.
• Process customer orders.
• Clean workstations and equipment.
• Monitor inventory of bakery products in fridge and freezer; prepare products as needed to minimize waste.
• Record prepared items and waste on production sheet.
• Respond to showcase and product needs communicated by the Restaurant Front.
• Assist in serving guests in the Restaurant Front when necessary.
• Regularly monitor and record temperatures of required products, fridges, and freezers.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen; adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
• Follow safe work practices, use required PPE, and report injuries or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Operate equipment and machinery safely.

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, twist.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate weight (5–50 lbs).
• Comfortable working in cold/freezing and high heat environments (walk‑in freezers/coolers, ovens).
• Normal vision and hearing (with correction if needed); ability to use a headset for order taking.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

Part‑time, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3 am – 11 am.
